Pawly Dubai is a mobile app and website that helps pet owners in Dubai find veterinary clinics, and keep track of their pet's health records, vaccinations, and documents — all in one place.
Is Pawly Dubai free to use?
Yes, browsing the clinic directory and using the basic pet record features is free for pet owners.
Which areas of Dubai does Pawly Dubai cover?
We list veterinary clinics across Dubai, and we're continuously adding more clinics and districts. If you can't find a clinic near you, let us know at hello@pawlydubai.com and we'll look into it.
Using the App
How do I find a vet clinic near me?
Open the app, allow location access (or search by district), and browse clinics on the map or list view. You can filter by services, ratings, and distance.
Can I store my pet's vaccination records in the app?
Yes. You can upload and manage your pet's vaccination history, health records, and other documents directly in the app, so they're always with you when you visit a clinic.
Can I have more than one pet on my account?
Yes, you can add multiple pets to your account and manage each of their records separately.

How do I suggest a clinic that's missing from the app?
Use the "Suggest a Clinic" link in the footer, or email us at hello@pawlydubai.com with the clinic's name and location.
Is my data safe with Pawly Dubai?
